Renovating our headquarters
Returning to our roots as we prepare for the future
In 2024, we began renovating the Sentry Home Office (SHO) in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
During construction, part of our Customer Service and Operations (CS&O) team has temporarily relocated to our historic Strongs Avenue building—our previous headquarters. Elisha Williams, our Chief Customer Service and Operations Officer, confirms it’s been a positive experience for the team, fostering deeper collaboration and helping streamline processes.
