Our Government Affairs team works to identify and address legislative issues that could impact the insurance industry and our customers. Recently, that’s included advocating for artificial intelligence (AI) and the positive ways it can be used.
We’ve made significant strides in using technology to support and empower our customers and communities. For example, our Injured Employee Complexity Factor (IECF) Models, which aim to help injured workers recover faster.
Our commitment to golf—and the evolution of SentryWorld—over the last 10 years helped elevate the Sentry brand. That gave us the opportunity to host the 43rd U.S. Senior Open over the summer.
Our stable growth allowed us to give needed resources and opportunities to those in our communities. Last year, we provided extra support to our Maui family after tragedy struck.
