To access your Sentry customer account, click Log in in the top right corner of any screen on our website. From there, enter your username and password. You may be prompted to complete a quick two-step verification process—if so, just follow the prompts to finish signing in. If you have any questions, give us a call at 800-473-6879 and we’ll help you get to your account.

The more information you can gather, the better. But to get started, we’ll need your contact information and employer information, if applicable. We’ll also need to know basic information about the accident or incident. For injury-related claims, we’ll need your medical provider details, along with whether the claim involves workers’ compensation. We’ll also ask for personal information regarding any involved parties or witnesses. For life insurance claims, please provide your policy number.
