Morningstar Retirement Manager

Are your employees on track for retirement? We offer services through Morningstar Retirement Manager^SM, an independent, third-party investment manager, who can help participants make the best retirement and investment decisions possible. The Morningstar Retirement experience includes:

Free point-in-time advice, including personalized investment advice
Managed accounts with ongoing advice for a reasonable fee
Overall retirement advice on your entire financial portfolio

Morningstar’s services add no additional cost to plan sponsors. If participants choose to have Morningstar manage their account for them, they’ll be charged an annual service fee of 0.22%. Or they can use Morningstar’s free point-in-time advice.

For plan sponsors, we offer services through Mesirow Financial^SM—at no cost to you. As an independent registered investment manager, they:

Reduce your fiduciary liability for selecting and monitoring your plan’s investment options
Offer indemnification for their investment-related decisions
Provide quarterly investment analysis
Employ a dedicated team of experts to manage your investment lineup

For participants, we offer services through Morningstar Investment Manager. Participants can choose to have Morningstar manage their account for them for a small fee, or they can use Morningstar’s free point-in-time investment and overall retirement advice.

What kind of 401(k) services does Sentry offer?

With our one-team, one-company approach, you can avoid the inefficiencies of working with multiple companies at once. Your Sentry team will conduct comprehensive plan management for your business. They’ll review your plan’s overall health, hold education and enrollment meetings to detail what services you’ll receive, and more.
