We consider our business relationships with suppliers confidential. We’ll handle information we receive from you responsibly. Likewise, we expect our suppliers to handle internal information received from us in a confidential and responsible manner.
We make sourcing decisions based on several factors including: delivery, availability, expertise, experience, financial stability, total cost of ownership, risk assessment, historical performance, and price. We award purchases to the supplier that ultimately delivers the best value when we take all requirements and qualifications into consideration.
*Please note that Sentry doesn’t have a national repair shop network and doesn’t maintain a repair shop registry.
Suppliers that do business with Sentry are required to provide an original Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets or exceeds the established minimum requirements. The minimum requirements are determined by the type of good and/or service provided as well as the potential risk to Sentry and are communicated to suppliers during the selection phase. The coverage types and limits are to be considered as minimum requirements and in no way limits the liability of the suppliers.
All Sentry suppliers and their representatives shall conduct their business activities in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that apply to their work and location.
